HighLevel commits to the DPF Principles and, as needed, will take additional steps to provide appropriate safeguards for the Personal Information we transfer. The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Marketing Suite Success’s compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF). Marketing Suite Success is liable in cases of onward transfers to third parties.

You can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf in certain circumstances. If you use an authorized agent for this purpose, Marketing Suite Success may ask you to verify your identity or that you provided the authorized agent signed permission to submit a request under the CCPA.
